Take a little moment with me and picture,
You wake up and are living a day where you have made your goals happen, where you are currently living your goals, where the changes you have been long wanting to make are your reality…
Visualize yourself, your life, your schedule and routine, the tasks you will be doing, the way you will be carrying yourself through the day…
How will you know that you have made it happen? What will be different? What will you feel?
Take a little second here with me, and just envision that moment for yourself.
What will you feel when you finally make your goals, the changes you want happen?
Think about what it will feel like when you make the goals you have for your fitness, nutrition, health, wellbeing, life a reality…
What will your day and life look and feel like?
What will you be able to do?
What will be different?
How will you know that you have and are making it happen?
Will you...
-Enjoy moving your body and all that it is capable of doing.
-Say yes to going on that hike, adventure, or social outing.
-Enjoy the food that makes you feel good.
-Be able to eat with confidence, care, and support. Free from guilt, shame, and overwhelm around foods.
-Feel good in your clothes. In a swimsuit. A dress. Pants. Your work shirts.
-Enjoy being able to do the things that you love, want to do, and can do.
-Feel joy in your life, in the actions you have taken, in finally making the changes.
-Have a sustainable routine that you keep doing past when you have stopped in the past and through all the curveballs of life.
-Have less pain and discomfort.
-Be able to do the things that you have not been able to due to pain, aches, and not feeling good.
-Be traveling and able to go up the hills and stairs, carry or lift the suitcase when needed, know that you can do all the vacation things you want to, feel awesome in your travel outfits.
-Play, lift, carry, dance with your kids, the grandbabies, your friend’s kids, your pets.
-Feel capable, confident, strong, and knowledgeable in your body, mind, and self.
-Pride in yourself. Pride in each step of the journey that built you there. Pride that you pushed through and took action to make it a reality.
When you make those goals you have been thinking or dreaming of happen,
What will you be feeling?
Joy, freedom, strength, confidence, comfort, happiness, pride, hope, relief, support, value, in control, content, renewed, focused...
